Shipping and Returns
- The decoration of the selected package will be done based on the interior of your home or party venue
- Our workers will arrive on time for your event and complete the decoration within a given time frame
- Our workers will not wait for more than 15-30 minutes at the event venue. The client has to take care of the goods himself.
- The cost of the listed materials, shipping and execution cost is included, no additional hidden costs
- Stool, ladder or chair will be provided by the client for small events
- Please ensure that a family member is present at the venue during the decoration.
- The balloons used for decoration are air filled balloons, not helium gas.
- You can choose the color of the balloon immediately after booking
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation of the event within 24 hours or the same day no refund
- If cancellation of the event within 48 hours 80%refund
- If want to change the package after booking contact with us, but same day no change
